Instructions for Participation and Credit
This on-line CME/CE activity is formatted to include text, graphics,and may include other multi-media features. There are no fees for participating and receiving credit for this activity.
Participation in this self-study activity should take approximately 1 hour to complete. To successfully complete this activity and receive credit, participants must follow these steps:
Step 1: Registration
You must be registered and logged-in in order to sign up for a class. Make sure you have registered and provided all the required fields. If you haven't, REGISTER HERE (or use the New Registration Button found throughout the site). For information on applicability and acceptance of continuing education credit for this activity, please consult your professional licensing board.
Step 2: In "Courses Offered" click on "Course Description & Enrollment".
Step 3: Click on the "Enroll in Course" button. The course will be added to "My Home Page".
Step 4: Click on the course name to begin! After you complete the course, move on the the post-test.
Step 5: Read, complete, and submit answers to the post test questions and evaluation questions on-line. Participants must receive a test score of at least 70%, and respond to all evaluation questions to receive a certificate. When finished, click "submit." If you have at least 70% correct answers, take the course evaluation.
After submitting the activity evaluation, you may view your online certificate by clicking on "Certificate" on "My Home Page." You may print the certificate, but you cannot alter the certificate. Your credits will be tallied and stored with your user name and password.
