Who is the Midwest Regional Poison Interest Group that provides Online CME?
The Midwest Regional Poison Interest Group (MR PIG) is a not-for-profit organization of poison centers, associated medical toxicologists and others interested in the prevention and treatment of poisoning in the states of Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
How can I print the course content for study off line?
At the beginning of the course, the content is available to print in a PDF file. If you are unable to print a PDF file, you will need a free download of Acrobat to print. This free download of Acrobat is available though a button at the beginning of the course and on My Home Page.
How does the course navigation, bookmark and notes work?
Bookmark:
Clicking the bookmark will allow you to create easy access to specific information in courses of interest to you. The bookmarks will appear in My Home Page in the “My Bookmarks” section.
Notes:
Clicking on page notes will allow you to take notes as you go through the course. The notes are course related, so every time you log in, you can retrieve your personal notes for a particular course in My Home Page. In addition, the notes can be printed for further reference.

Where can I find course references and resources?
Course references and resources can be found on the left side of My Home Page.
How do I take the Post-test for the course?
You can take the Post-test by clicking on “Post-test” on the bottom of the left navigation outline in the course.
Can I take the Post-test more than once?
You can take the Post-test more than once, but you must get greater than 70% in order to receive credit.
Do I have to take the Evaluation at the end of the course?
In order to receive credit for taking this course you must pass the Post-test and complete the Evaluation. The Evaluation allows us to get your feedback and make improvements.
Where do I find the Evaluation?
After you receive a passing score on the Post-test, you can click on the sentence “Proceed to and complete the evaluation to receive your certificate.” or you can click on “Evaluation” which will appear on the bottom of the left navigation outline in the course.
How can I print my certificate of completion?
On My Home Page, click “Certificate” from the course you want. A PDF file of the certificate will appear that you can print. If you are unable to print a PDF file, you will need a free download of Acrobat to print. This free download of Acrobat is available on My Home Page or at the beginning of the course.
How long after I complete the course before I get my certificate?
After you have passed the Post-test and completed the Evaluation, you will automatically be entered as receiving credit. You may then print a certificate from My Home Page at anytime.
How long will my record be available?
Once you have registered, all courses in progress or completed in the past, certificates, bookmarks, and course notes will be available to you when you log in.
